• Administrative procedures All foreign nationals who wish to visit Turkey must be capable of presenting proofs required under regulations concerning the purpose of their visits, their means of support and conditions of accommodation. In certain cases, a visa is required. It must be applied for from Turkish consular services prior to departure. • Visa To apply for a letter that allows you to obtain a visa. The official currency is the Turkish Lira (euros are accepted in most shops).

Services:
• Food Participants are provided free of charge with food and beverages for coffee breaks and luncheons.
• Wifi-space Throughout the Congress, a wifi-space will be made available free of charge to Congress attendees.
Daily life:
• Electric current The electric current in Turkey is 220 V.
• Health No vaccinations are required for entry into Turkey. • Congress Registration Registration fees: 800 euros (Registration fees cover entitlements including access to the conference room, a congress document case and admission to the luncheons and gala dinner - accompanying person for gala dinner: 100 euros) • Gala Dinner The Organizing Committee is pleased to welcome you on Thursday June 3rd, 2010 for a dinner cocktail party. • Accommodation Hotels located close to the Hilton Conference Center have been selected. When you register for the Congress, you will be able to book a hotel room for between 120 and 300 euros per night depending on the hotel category. (see accommodation part)
